Aloha and welcome to The Firm Pilates Studio in Kahala, Honolulu, Hawaii.  We specialize in teaching fun challenging and efficient Pilates sessions and classes in our fully-equipped studio.  Classes are only for those with prior reformer experience and require instructor approval.  In general, beginners and those new to our studio must take private sessions.    However, at this time, we are fully booked through November 2025, and are not accepting new clients.  Please email us with your desired days and times for appointments, as well as, who referred you to our studio to be added to our waitlist.  We respond to emails ASAP, but rarely answer the phone.  Please review the studio policies prior to arriving at the studio.  Mahalo.
